My name is Kitty Blomfield, and just like you, I wanted freedom from food obsession and cardio.

Freedom from thinking about it, worrying about it, and obsessing over it. AND freedom from the time spent on it. I tried all the quick fix diets. I would lose weight, then I’d put it back on again. I would eat clean all week, then binge on the weekend.

I’d beat myself up about it. I’d put in extra hours at the gym because of it. I would train 6-7 days a week - sometimes twice a day. This cycle repeated itself week after week and year after year.

Then, I came across the work of Emma Sgourakis and Ray Peat. I also met my now-partner, Craig. They taught me that sugar and carbs are NOT the enemy. Craig showed me how to train the right way and taught me how to fuel my body properly.

And I did it…

I finally achieved the toned and athletic body I was always working so desperately for AND I did it eating 2500 calories a day, training just 3 days per week.

I now sleep through the night, have good digestion - I’m regular and no longer bloated, have great energy, have a regular and pain-free period, and I don’t binge eat anymore. I’m finally FREE from food restriction. I feel the best I’ve ever felt.

Thank you and yes I have to admit I am very happy but most importantly I finally feel comfortable in my own skin.

This is more than life changing for me. I'm finally are on the path I knew I was meant to be on but never knew how to until WAL.

Oh yes, by the way hubby (Kev) is very happy but I am the lucky one to have such a supportive husband who has been there for me every step of the way, especially after seeing me do all the other crazy diets and exercise over the years to which he was still super supportive.

As I mentioned to Craig the other day I'm currently living in limbo in WA finalising renting out our house. Hubby has been living in Muswellbrook NSW since July and working to which I will follow him once everything is done here. In saying this as I'll be much closer to your gym and I'll be booking some training sessions with Jake as soon as I can. I'm really looking forward to having the one on one training and improving my form.
