Whether you're 30, 40, 50 or even 60, an advanced lifter or complete newbie to strength training, this program will set you up with the foundations to get the body and health you've always wanted.

METABOLISM BOOSTING, HORMONE BALANCING NUTRITION

Many women focus on losing weight or training to attain the perfect body at the expense of their health, metabolism and hormones. Chronic energy deficiency makes the body think that food is scarce which means it down regulates everything and holds onto fat as a way to protect itself AND many of these diets focus on foods that actually suppress thyroid function (the gland responsible for regulating your metabolism). We teach you how to find the right amount of calories and macronutrients your body needs as well as the foods that will optimise your sleep, digestion, mood, energy and hormonal balance so that you can feel great and lose body fat eating more food! We’ve included a range of preset meal plans as well as our famous recipe books and meal plan coaching so that you develop the skills and knowledge to meal plan on your own.

STRENGTH TRAINING

“In the resting state, muscles consume mainly fats, so maintaining relatively large muscles is important for preventing the accumulation of fats.” ‐Ray Peat, PhD This is about becoming the happiest, healthiest and STRONGEST version of YOU, NOT looking like Kitty. We will show you how to get results training just 3-4 days per week.

WEEKLY COACHING CALLS AND ONGOING SUPPORT

Join Kitty and Craig on their weekly coaching calls in addition to nutrition workshops run regularly with the coaches. You’ll have access to our online communication platform Slack so you can ask us questions anytime. We’ll be on hand to review and coach you on your meal plans, give you feedback on your lifting technique and answer your general questions.
