Let me introduce myself, I'm Kitty BlomfieldCEO and Co-founder of the WinAtLife program.


For 17 years of my life I dieted, constantly losing weight and putting it back on. The only way I could maintain the body I wanted was by eating bird food and training 6 - 7 days per week.  I rarely slept through the night, I was bloated, my moods were up and down like a yo-yo, I had no energy, I had crazy sugar cravings and my period was irregular and painful.

Metabolism Boosting Meal Plans - to get you started and help you know EXACTLY what to eat we give you preset meal plans to follow.  There are two different calorie ranges to choose from.  Each calorie range has four different options so you can pick one that is the most appealing! We include a dairy free option for those who may need it.  These are the exact same meal plans we give to our VIP clients in the WinAtLife program when they first join us.  By following these meal plans you can be sure that your food choices will support your metabolism.  Please note: if you do not eat meat, but do eat fish, eggs and dairy you will be able to follow our nutrition approach.  However our plans are not suitable for Vegans (Value $99)

2 x FULL Training Programs - One that you can do at home with minimal equipment - One that you can do at home with minimal equipment.  Regardless of whether you are completely new to strength training or someone who has been lifting weights for a while we have a training plan to suit!  We give you two full training programs which you can use regardless of the equipment you have access to.  We do recommend that you have at least some dumbbells or resistance bands to get you started (Value $99).
A Full exercise video library to guide you through the programs - It's ok if you have no idea what a squat is because we show you! Craig has compiled a complete exercise video library for you to refer to alongside your training program.  These videos break down each exercise to help you improve your technique and guide you through the movements (Value $199).
​​​Private Facebook group with access to Kitty, Craig and all the WinAtLife coaches - I always say, 'If you want to go far, go with many' and our community is AMAZING!  Through the facebook group you can ask questions, share experiences and reach out for support when you need it.  It is also an amazing source of ongoing educational information from Kitty (Value $249).
Metabolic Health Assessment - this comprehensive questionnaire helps you to assess the current state of your metabolism and identify the areas you need to focus on.  You get an overall score at the end as well as recommendations on the actions you need to take to improve your metabolic function. You can take this at regular intervals on your journey to check how you are progressing and understand where you may need to give extra attention (Value $99).
4 Educational spotlight videos on mindset, digestion, hormones and training - In these videos, Kitty Blomfield, CEO of WinAtLife, speaks with expert Kate Deering, author of 'How to Heal Your Metabolism' to dig deeper into core metabolic issues and the process of healing your metabolism.  These videos are released weekly during the first four weeks of the the program.  In the final video Craig McDonald educates us on training to support your metabolic health and weight loss goals (Value $199).
