We know that you’ve probably tried everything and you’re frustrated that nothing works or is sustainable.  Sure you can drop a few kgs by following a restricted diet for a period of time, but inevitably it finds its way back.  It’s ok, I get it…..I did the same thing for 17 years and always felt like a total failure, like it was my fault. It wasn’t until I met Craig and stumbled across the work of Ray Peat and my now business partner Emma Sgourakis, The Nutrition Coach, that I realised I had been set up to fail.
 
What I learned transformed my body and health and freed me from food obsession and restrictive diets.  I want to share this with you so you can do the same!
